When starting your own construction business, it is vital to have every base thoroughly covered - insurance, bookkeeping, legal contracts for subcontractors, etc. Before meeting Mark I was clueless as to what kind of insurance would actually cover everything I do on a daily basis. I liked the cheap options, but a deeper dive showed they didn't really cover anything. I gave Mark a very thorough list of everything I absolutely needed coverage for.
