How do I make a claim on my policy?

You can now file a claim online on our Customer Site. You may also contact our 24-hour claims reporting service at 801-267-5000. After filing your claim you will be contacted by one of our claims representatives for follow-up information. Claims for auto glass, roadside assistance, and umbrella policies must be filed with us over the phone.

I just bought a new car on a weekend and can't get a hold of my agent until Monday. What do I do?

Call them as soon as possible to add it to your policy.  You have 14 days to add your vehicle to your policy if you currently have Comprehensive and Collision coverage on one of your vehicles.  If you have liability only then you have 4 days to add it to your policy.  If you go past 14 (or 4) days it can only be added the day the agent is notified.

What do I do if my home is damaged?

You may begin the claims process online or contact one of our representatives directly at 801-267-5000. They will help walk you through the claims process. You may also want to contact your independent agent directly to get advice and help as you begin your claim – or to even decide if you should file a claim.

Can I make payments on my account online?

You can pay online using the quickpay link and pin number on your statement.  You can also call Customer Service at 801-267-5000 to make a payment over the phone.  Payments can also usually be made on the Customer Portal.

How do I get a copy/duplicate of my automobile proof of insurance card/I.D. card?

You can find and download your ID cards online by logging in to our Customer Site. If you are unable to access them online we can email or text them to you. Call Customer Service at 801-267-5000 for assistance.
