About Company

Sprouse Insurance Agency has been serving the Uintah Basin and Utah since 1950 when a farmer selling insurance for Bear River named Floyd Case, father of Gwen Sprouse, handed over his book of insurance to his son in law, Harold Sprouse. The agency has since then been managed within the Sprouse family to this day. The agency originated in Roosevelt, Utah and within the last 30 years has expanded to Vernal and Duchesne for other office locations as well to better serve our customers.

Sprouse Insurance currently has insurance for your personal needs including home, auto, atv, watercraft, and more. We also have options for some commercial insurance needs, depending on which industry you are in.
