Mary Cullis-Bentley is Great! She contacted me a couple of months ago to check in on me and see if she could save me some money. I had worked with another agent at Pinnacle for the previous 6 years. I wasn't excited to work with another agent after so long but Debbie had left the agency. I had a choice to follow Debbie or remain loyal to Pinnacle. In the beginning I was torn. After working with Mary the past couple of months I am glad I stayed. I had an issue with Safelight autoglass today on a windshield replacement (A company I will never use again!!!!) Mary made other arrangements and was very professional. Mary is kind and really cares about her customers even when her customers are jerks :) Mary saved me money and she takes care of me. A feat that is hard to come by these days.
