These guys have always done a good job. I especially had a good experience with Cami Jo these last few months. She helped me cancel one homeowner's policy, start a new policy at a new home, and get an additional car added to my policy. She was very professional, she was prompt and clear in her communication, and she even sorted out some stressful issues with our lender without causing further stress or complications for us. She really helped ease the stress of buying a new home and really looked out for us to help us get good prices and deals for what we needed. Rick Koci has always come through for us and the family members who go through him and Cami Jo is one of the best people he could have added to the team.
