I bought my family business two years ago and switched insurance providers at the same time. Our old insurance provider knew my father well, but we were not happy with the lack of attention we received when his sons took over. We would never get responses from them and they were never proactive in reaching out to us regarding our insurance.

Matt, Rick, and Alisha on the other hand have been more willing, helpful,proactive, and overall I’ve been very impressed with level of personal detail and help given to us in the last two years. Not only is the service top notch, but the price was great as well. For the same amount of coverage they saved us about $5k/year just by taking the time sit down with us and understand our company’s needs.

We had 3-4 instance related issues in the first 2 months of buying the company and Matt and his team navigated them all promptly, gave us great direction, and really helped us avoid rate increases etc. They’ve been great and I wouldn’t work with anyone else!

These guys have always done a good job. I especially had a good experience with Cami Jo these last few months. She helped me cancel one homeowner's policy, start a new policy at a new home, and get an additional car added to my policy. She was very professional, she was prompt and clear in her communication, and she even sorted out some stressful issues with our lender without causing further stress or complications for us. She really helped ease the stress of buying a new home and really looked out for us to help us get good prices and deals for what we needed.
