As an HOA treasurer, we have used Keystone insurance since the beginning twenty one years ago. They are always responsive and have helped to keep our premiums low. I’ve also changed our personal policy over to them. Their personalized service is hard to beat.

Jason was wonderful. Fast and responsive to our questions and concerns. He made sure we had a quote before he left on Friday and then followed up with us repeatedly during the process. By Tuesday we had our auto insurance and home insurance moved. The prior company had planned to charge us 5000 more for our renewal. He even beat our current rate. Couldn't ask for better!

Saved me both on home and auto, cancelled my other policies for me, and did most of the work over email when I had time so that was great! If they can keep beating other companies that would be amazing. Most of my experience is switching every 1-2 years due to continual price hikes so hoping this won't be the same as everyone else. Happy so far!

It was time to renew both our auto and renters insurance. We pay in full annually, we have a perfect record. Our current insurance went up a huge 26%. Nathan shopped for us and saved us big money. Job well done. Thank you

TL;DR: They are professional and easy to work with to get us reliable coverage, but they should have gotten my consent before drone imaging our roof.Since Keystone is the go-between for insurance companies, they let me know my homeowners insurance company needed roof photos to evaluate whether or not they would insure the roof in the future. I took some extra time to send pictures of our roof (it was cold and snowy, so I waited for good weather and a day when I could spend an hour taking decent pictures from a ladder), so one day a Keystone employee came out to our home to get drone images—without informing us. I was alarmed that someone was flying a drone over our house. I walked outside without shoes, greeted the guy, and I said “Oh, you’re with Keystone. I have those roof images already… Let me send them to you”. He created some urgency coming, which I guess we needed to send those pictures. Still kinda weird not giving us a heads up.Long story short, the insurance company decided to exclude the roof, so Keystone found us a new company with comparable home and auto insurance. The woman over the phone who coordinated this (Karen) was really helpful and answered my questions competently. Although I’m not fond of paying a few hundred dollars more for relatively the same coverage, I’m really glad they reached out often through text and email to ensure they helped us find a new insurance company that offers roof coverage despite the age of our roof.

Jason Rivera was awesome! He followed up and made signing up for auto insurance easy. I for sure thought it would be a stressful thing, but he was great!

We've loved Keystone insurance! I'm always able to get ahold of someone and they have always helped answer my questions and solve any problems I might be having. They helped us get our Bear River policy set up which was great because it not only helped us save money but Bear River was great to work with when our daughter got in a car accident.

I love my agent at Keystone Insurance. They really try to find insurance that fits my always changing needs and growing kids. Their response time is quick and their staff is knowledgeable. We had a claim on our autoInsurance a few years ago and they helped us get everything filed with our Bear River insurance. It all went very smooth. I would 100% recommend them!

I don't normally leave reviews, but Traci Diamond's customer service was so outstanding that I had to. I had received the run around several times trying to find insurance coverage after moving back to Utah recently. Traci sent several emails and really made the effort to reach out and make sure I was covered. While working with her, she was patient and thorough. She covered all of the different options and price points without irritation or making me feel rushed. This was a painless and positive insurance experience and I am very grateful that Traci ended up being my agent.

Jason helped me get Home Owners insurance and Earthquake insurance on a condo purchase. He was super nice with explaining how condo insurance prices differ from stand-alone home insurance prices. He also researched my condo's HOA Earthquake insurance specifics so I knew what was already covered and my part of the deductible. Jason also adjusted my account so that my Renter's insurance ended as my Home Owner's insurance started, so I did not need to remember to do this! Jason helped me in-person and over the phone.
