We have worked with Chris for YEARS and he has always taken really great care of us. We are moving to Florida and apparently insurance licensing is by state so he cannot help us anymore, and I was legitimately SO SAD! It has been such a relief to have someone we can trust help us figure this out year after year, check our renewals and make sure we're getting the best price, and making the process easy when things did happen like house claims or car accidents. Lincoln has been amazing to work with. I tried to get quotes from several other places, most were extremely high and didn’t care about my needs with a “just deal with it” attitude. Lincoln listen to my concerns and needs and found the best policy along with a couple other options to choose from. In less than 24 hours we had an insurance policy set up and I didn’t feel taken advantage of or like my needs and concerns weren’t a priority. I highly recommend using Lincoln as your insurance agent, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been so impressed with the service we've gotten with Erika and her team! We had to work through an unexpected tricky insurance situation, and Erika was super responsive, extremely helpful at working things out in the best way possible, and then at following up months later to help us make sure we were still getting the best rates possible.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure how any of this works. Years ago a friend put me in touch with Chandler and he just set me up with cheaper car insurance that would accommodate an SR-22. A few years passed and I didn't need the SR-22 anymore, but my premium went up after the pandemic so I switched a provider I found on my own. Another year and my premium went up again, so I reached out to Chandler and he got me a quote for another place that saved me a decent again.

I only do auto insurance, I have no idea if these guys are getting a cut of what I pay, but honestly I've never really worried about it because I save money every time and it's nice not to worry about it.

We have totally loved working with Chris at Caliber. He is super quick to respond and has always given great advice with not only our home and auto policies but life too. We have finally found an agent that is looking out for us.

I have had nothing but a great experience so far with this Insurance company. Chandler Laing is the rep I switched my auto insurance with and he is extremely professional. Not only are their / His people skills top notch , their prices and coverage are unbeatable. Everything is clear as can be.
