I have worked with Jesse White for 7+ years. I highly recommend using Jesse and Arches for your insurance. We moved from being a 20-year State Farm customer to work with Jesse. State Farm took our business for granted. After we decided to move from State Farm, they told us of all the ways we could save money staying with them. Great and thanks but where were you with this advice for the last 20 years? We have rental properties in 3 states, have several children with all the associated vehicles. Jesse was proactive in coming to us and putting in the work to find us better more competitive insurance. His customer service is second to none. I have and continue to recommend Jesse to my friends. He is not a one and done insurance person. We have never had a serious claim but for the several smaller claims that we have had he has been efficient and punctual in getting us back to normal. He actively sets up a meeting at least every 12 to 18 months to review if we have had lifestyle changes, and if he can get us a more competitive policy. Let’s face it no one wants to think about insurance. At our house we leave that to Jesse!

Our previous insurance company informed us that at our next contract renewal we would no longer have insurance with them. We had home and automobile insurance with them for a number of years. Our previous insurance company stated they were getting out of residential home and automobile insurance and they would only be offering insurance on businesses, commercial and industrial occupancies. I decided to look for an insurance broker in our community and stopped at Arches Insurance. That’s where I met Anna Holmes who went right to work to get us some new insurance. Through her efforts we got residential home and vehicle insurance at a much better rate than we were currently paying. Anna also transferred my antique car insurance to Arches so she could monitor it also. I was so pleased that I mentioned this to my brother who went to Anna at Arches and moved all of his insurance with them. Very pleased with my association with Anna and Arches Insurance.
