Alex and Brandon came out on a Saturday night and saved us after a water heater flood. So professional and and thorough!

On a Sunday, we had a faucet burst pouring out hot water that was seeping into the custom wood ceiling on the level below. We called Utah Disaster Cleanup-they came right out. Using the latest methods they assessed the problems and got to work on the remedies. We were very impressed with the kindness and efficiency of Brandon & Andrew. We had them help us a few years back after a fire created smoke damage. They were great then too. Don't hesitate to call them immediately if you find yourself faced with a disaster situation. We highly recommend them.

HUGE SHOUTOUT! Nathan, Tayden, Joseph, Cris, Jayden, Alex & Russ! My house flooded the Sunday before Thanksgiving, these men didn’t skip a beat, they were here at my house within an hour, every appointment kept and showed up early, every call placed, professional and amazing to work with! I can’t thank you all enough for your prompt professional service and the ease of mind that my house will be ok! Thank you again for being so kind and amazing!

UDK was called in for a house fire on 8 January 2024, they started that day boarding the home up and securing the inside as there was substantial damage. Ricky was part of the demolition team, he and the others did a great job. On to rebuilding the home, Pat, Jayce, Keith, Brent, and Darin made sure we were pleased throughout the process. Roy the electrician was great. The drywall, deck, plumbing companies were professional. Chris and Ryan were instrumental in getting all the work accomplished. Jayce and Pat have made sure our home is exactly how we want it. They went above and beyond-Thank You!! Appreciate everyone who was involved in this very difficult event.

UDK is always quick to respond and the repairs are also done asap. They are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Russell, Alex and Andrew helped out at the property I manage and were very professional and nice to work with.

Everything was great! The response was so fast - flooding happened at 3 AM, I called at 6:45, and a full team was at my house by 8:30. Joseph, Max, Alex, Russ, and Connor came and got right to work. They were efficient, helpful, and communicated about the follow-up plan. We’re only at day one of a multi-day (maybe weeks?) project but so far everything has been really great!

We have used UDK three times over the years and so I can say that on multiple occasions they have been an absolute joy to work with. Their mitigation team especially is so fantastic. They responded very quickly to our latest flood. They were fast and efficient. Followup and communication was above and beyond. The restoration part was also great. The subcontractors that UDK used did good, high quality, work and for the most part were also excellent communicators. If I ever have to have flood cleanup again (or worse) I will definitely call UDK. At this point I should already have them on speed dial!

Russell, Manuel, Andrew, and Jayden showed up quickly, and did an incredibly thorough job. They treated the job, each other, and us with professionalism, and took the time to do it right without wasting ours or their time. We have used UDK on several jobs, and this crew like the others were what you’d hope for and expect. Thanks guys!

Christian and Joseph were friendly, prompt and did great work paying attention to detail! Thank you UDK for the continued effort to "put back together" our basement. Javier and Connor were great mitigators, working long hours for UDK, but balancing it all with grace! I also give a shout out to Scott and his industry colleagues to rebuild and make lovely again what the water damage destroyed. I know it's not easy and appreciate UDK, it takes a team effort.

Beto and Will were so good at cleaning up our flooded basement. They were very thorough in making sure the worst areas were rid of water and began to dry the damage areas.

Russel and Cristian were great in helping with a clean up and sanitation of our nursery room after our sink leaked. Highly recommended, they where out right away and went above and beyond!!!!

Jayden and Joseph also were wonderful to work with and quickly removed the equipment from my home when work was complete. I very much appreciated how timely they were with arrival and completion of equipment pickup. I appreciated the respect and care they took with my home and belongings. Ceazer was extremely helpful. He came at any time of night, or day, dressed professionally. It really impressed me knowing he was sitting with his family, dropped everything and showed up to work no matter for the length of time. He didn’t complain or make us feel bad at all! Great guys

This weekend Andrew and Jaden came out to help investigate and clean up a plumbing issue. We've worked with UDK and Andrew on several occasions over the past decade, projects both big and small, whole-house destruction to a small plumbing leak. In a less-than-glamorous business, it speaks volumes that their employees stick around through the years. Always impressed with UDK's quick response, even off hours, and professionalism start to finish. ("Finish" being the key word here, as we've before learned the hard way that some other contractors lack the sub support to complete the job.) Steady communication. Seamless cooperation with our insurance (USAA). Don't hesitate to call.

Russell and Joseph did a fantastic job cleaning up after a water pipe broke and flooded a room in our basement. They were clear in their communication and timely and FAST. Zack and Jayden showed up promptly and went above and beyond to help get my basement cleaned up from flooding. They explained it all thoroughly to me, showed me all of the water damage and even helped move furniture to get things cleared out. I was very impressed by their communication and how quick they were to respond to the call.

Brandon, Russell, Connor, Christian and Wilfredo were the amazing team who responded to our call regarding a flooded basement. They arrived less than an hour after we placed the call for help. Upon arrival they immediately unrolled a hose to the basement and started to extract water and evaluate the disaster. They quickly had a game plan doing one room at a time removing water and carpets, pulling furniture from the walls and locating them in the center of the rooms. Then the big fans and humidifiers were placed strategically with care taken to not blow fuses. The Herculean job took approximately 6 hours to complete. The entire crew was pleasant, professional and polite. In light of the circumstances it was a relatively painless process removing the water which filled the entire basement. Now we wait for things to dry. Javier and Tayden were here this morning for further evaluations to lay out the next steps for the massive cleanup project. We are thankful for UDK and can’t even imagine what we would have done without their aggressive response!!
