My basement flooded overnight without me realizing it. I contacted ServPro and spoke to Lacie. She reassured me that ServPro would be able to help and was able to quickly have someone sent to my house. Cliff came over and analyzed the water damage that had happened. He was very thorough and I am confident he checked every possible place that there could have been water damage. I would definitely recommend using ServPro to ensure the job is done properly!

Shyloh and her crew took the best care of me when I had a fire. She and her crew cleaned, painted and helped me with appliances when they came damaged. To say they are amazing is an understatement. Got ahold of Dustin at like 9:45 PM. He was so polite in my time of need and calmed me down. We shared pictures because and forth and he calmed me down to allow me to sleep the night. He was over the following morning at 8:00 am. Talk about prompt.

SERVPRO of Utah County responded to our call for help after a frozen fire suppression sprinkler pipe burst in my condo building, causing water damage on all 4 floors. Scott & his entire crew were diligent & conscientious in analyzing the damage & in doing the needed demolition. They made sure all affected areas were left protected from damage until repairs can be arranged. Highly recommended!

The Fire Alarm was going off for the second time that week and our condo owners were reluctantly gathering in the courtyard. The fire trucks arrived and they could not find a fire or water leaks although one unit was reporting water dripping into their condo. Fast Forward about 2 hours: Team Hamann rolled into town from Salt Lake City to help handle all the pipe breakage claims after a few very cold winter nights in Spokane, WA. It may have been 10:00pm and all were road tired but they set to work setting up fans, dehumidifiers and tearing into walls and pulling up flooring so everything could start drying and no chance of mold settling into the walls or homes.Eight units were damaged in our building and no idea how many other homes, commercial buildings, or condos in town they were working on.Over the next 14 days they showed up almost every day and worked with owners and The Board to complete their mitigation to ensure when contractors arrived to start repairing and rebuilding they would encounter dry walls and clean work areas.We were so impressed by the professionalism and friendly team members, we were sorry to see them go. This team was our miracle to help all of us navigate such a dreadful incident. I would highly recommend Scott and his incredible team!

I've had the unfortunate experience of water damage at my house twice in the last couple of years. My insurance company had me use Servpro for the repairs both times and I was very pleased with results both times. They provide very high quality repairs and the representatives I interacted with were great to work with. I highly recommend Servpro for any restoration needs anyone may have! I hope I never have this kind of damage again but if I ever do I know who I'm calling for help with repairs!

Nobody wants to find a leak in their basement. It's one of the worst scenarios any homeowner thinks about. After a call to our insurance company, they sent out SERVPRO. They were here in a hurry and began the cleanup process. After getting it cleaned up, they assessed everything and prepared for the restoration work. We were assured that everything would be restored to the way it was before -- I was skeptical.Over a couple of weeks, different contractors showed up to replace the insulation, drywall, trim and paint. Each one was friendly and happy -- plus they did great work. At the end, they came and cleaned the carpet and even re-assembled the furniture that was in the room. I'd say SERVPRO has gone above and beyond in all aspects. They guarantee their work and the craftsmanship and care has been outstanding throughout this ordeal.I can't thank SERVPRO enough for being trustworthy and thorough at taking care of our needs!

On 11/17 at noon I came home to find it raining in my basement. A toilet had clogged upstairs and for a few hours spewed water which soaked quite a bit. I had no idea what to do and quickly scrambled to get someone there to clean up.I called Servpro and they had their team at my house within a few hours. They quickly got to removing the water, removing the affected carpeting, and setting up the fans. They came during subsequent days to take out the drywall and some secitons of the basement ceiling.Overall, I am happy I went with Servpro. There were a few minor issues like a pipe getting nicked by a saw blade causing me to not have water in the house for an evening (otherwise it would leak badly). At first they claimed it was pre-existing but I was able to collect enough evidence to show it was their fault. They sent a plumber in the morning and took care of it.I would recommend them, but I would also recommend you pay attention to what's going on. Watch them work, take pictures, etc. Not that they aren't trustworthy but in the end it can save you some money and headache.
