Doug came out to my house today to demo and remove the damaged area from our sewer backing up. He was so professional and helpful. He took out dry wall, flooring and baseboard and carpet and pad. They will probably be coming out to do more, but I’m so grateful for Servpro coming out and helping us in such a horrible situation, they have been so wonderful they were so quick to respond. Thank you

Winston and Ken came out to our home we had horrible sewer back up. They came in and got the carpet disinfected from the sewer, set up fans and explained in detail what they were doing and were so respectful. I will always use Servpro thank you So much, Winston and Ken.

We discovered some mold in our daughter's bedroom and reached out to ServePro after a friend—an experienced insurance adjuster—highly recommended them. Dustin came out to assess the situation and was extremely helpful. He took the time to investigate the possible cause of the mold and clearly explained the recommended steps to properly address it. Even though the mold issue was relatively small, we had a lot of questions, and Dustin was incredibly patient and thorough in his explanations, which really helped us feel confident about the next steps. We will be referring them to our family members. Thank you!

I very much appreciated the efforts of the team at Servpro in helping us get our home repaired after extensive damage from a nearby explosion. They had resources in place to handle the various types of repairs, the vendors they used were friendly and knowledgeable, and Shyloh in particular was really good about addressing issues and questions in a timely manner. My basement flooded overnight without me realizing it. I contacted ServPro and spoke to Lacie. She reassured me that ServPro would be able to help and was able to quickly have someone sent to my house. Cliff came over and analyzed the water damage that had happened. He was very thorough and I am confident he checked every possible place that there could have been water damage. I would definitely recommend using ServPro to ensure the job is done properly!

Shyloh and her crew took the best care of me when I had a fire. She and her crew cleaned, painted and helped me with appliances when they came damaged. To say they are amazing is an understatement. Shyloh and her crew care about the quality of their work and the people they serve. I would recommend Shyloh and her team 100% any time I needed help.

Dustin is knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to put the work in! I love how I can tell him what needs to be done and he does it, there is no babysitting with this company which, as an HOA property manager, we do not like doing! Would recommend Servpro to anyone!

Got ahold of Dustin at like 9:45 PM. He was so polite in my time of need and calmed me down. We shared pictures because and forth and he calmed me down to allow me to sleep the night. He was over the following morning at 8:00 am. Talk about prompt.

SERVPRO of Utah County responded to our call for help after a frozen fire suppression sprinkler pipe burst in my condo building, causing water damage on all 4 floors. Scott & his entire crew were diligent & conscientious in analyzing the damage & in doing the needed demolition. They made sure all affected areas were left protected from damage until repairs can be arranged. Highly recommended!

The Fire Alarm was going off for the second time that week and our condo owners were reluctantly gathering in the courtyard. The fire trucks arrived and they could not find a fire or water leaks although one unit was reporting water dripping into their condo. Fast Forward about 2 hours: Team Hamann rolled into town from Salt Lake City to help handle all the pipe breakage claims after a few very cold winter nights in Spokane, WA. It may have been 10:00pm and all were road tired but they set to work setting up fans, dehumidifiers and tearing into walls and pulling up flooring so everything could start drying and no chance of mold settling into the walls or homes. Eight units were damaged in our building and no idea how many other homes, commercial buildings, or condos in town they were working on. Over the next 14 days they showed up almost every day and worked with owners and The Board to complete their mitigation to ensure when contractors arrived to start repairing and rebuilding they would encounter dry walls and clean work areas. We were so impressed by the professionalism and friendly team members, we were sorry to see them go. This team was our miracle to help all of us navigate such a dreadful incident. I would highly recommend Scott and his incredible team!

We noticed a leak and called the pros at Servpro. They offered a timely assessment visit for the very next day. Not only was Dustin prompt but he was also very thorough and highly knowledgeable, answering all my questions clearly and honestly. I never once felt that he was just trying sell their services, which I always appreciate in customer service. Will definitely call if ever needed again!
