I have worked alongside Service Master, and I've been very impressed with their work, as it is really well done, and you can tell the work is done by people who really care!! Especially with Abbie who works there, I just know she cares about serving others, her work is about way more than just getting paid! I would completely recommend this service in a time of need!

I recently had ServiceMaster handle a pretty stressful water damage situation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.

A special shout-out goes to Justin. He was our primary point of contact and was absolutely fantastic. Justin took the time to clearly explain every step of the mitigation and drying process, answering all our questions with patience. His communication was outstanding, providing daily updates and ensuring we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. He made a difficult situation feel manageable.

Tyler, from Shakespeare flooring, did an excellent job of replacing damaged Oak planks and making everything look brand new. Boy, there's nothing like a hardwood floor. They are absolutely beautiful.

ServiceMaster didn't give me any troubling surprises. They didn't do any work until they knew that the insurance company would cover the charges, so I ended up paying what I expected to pay, and no more. I just had to pay my insurance deductible.

ServiceMaster has proven time and time again to be an impressive service for repairs and restoration. One of the guys there, Joren, is a great dude. He's a genuine and hard worker, and a good man, and I could say the same for basically everyone there! The quality of the people and of that of their work is congruent.

I really loved the immediate response I received from Joren! They made this process so much easier, cleared up all of my questions and kept a positive attitude that made me feel as if I was talking to a friend! ServiceMaster was an absolute joy to work with—especially Joren and Tracy! I discovered flooding in my basement on a holiday and honestly didn’t think I’d be able to get anyone to respond since everything in Richfield seemed to be closed.

Within an hour of filing my claim, Tracy contacted me and came out right away to start mitigation. From there, Joren took over and made sure to check in with me every single day. He took the time to explain everything that was happening and ensured we addressed as much as possible. They understood that I was cost-conscious and worked with me throughout the process. Joren was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I seemed to have a new list of questions every time we spoke, and he answered every single one of them.

Traci Nunley and his entire crew did an exceptional job. From the initial clean up of the water damage, through the restoration process. With it's completion we feel as if it never happened. So thankful for this great company! Very understanding and thoughtful which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with frustrating water damage and unforeseen repairs like ours. Everyone was extremely kind and personable. I appreciated them taking time to talk things out and keep me informed about every detail all along the way. They kept the job site clean and hauled away all debris. They were so professional and made the process as painless as a situation like this could be. I have been able to go about all my plans and regular life without having to adjust or upheaval anything going on in my life as a result of this disaster which was so nice!

Great Service! Joren was very helpful and communicative when our washer leaked everywhere. Dave and Staci were quick to come and help. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely reccomend them to anyone who is having an issue.

We were By Service Master in a home repair contest. As first responders, we are never home to do the repairs that we have planned.
Service Master was able to come in and help us repair our porch. Several broken Cabinets in our kitchen, and helped repair the flooring that our water heater sat on.
They were also able to help us repair several Holes in the wall. They definitely were able to patch the holes a lot better than I would have been able to.
I have not been able to use the cabinet space in my home since we bought the home and by adding in these pullout drawers, I am finally able to place my pots and pans in a proper place
Since we’ve bought the house, our water heater has been sitting on two large beams and has always been a worry for us. Service Master was able to help us place our water heater on a safe surface.
Thanks to the work on the porch. I am excited to say that I am finally able to decorate for the holidays and show pride in my home.

Justin & Cage & the owners David and his wife are all very pleasant to work with. I met David and his wife today when they came to make sure things were all covered (not typical). They are All very professional and very helpful with the process. I had a hose bib freeze over the winter and discovered it this spring when I used the hose…. Two rooms indoors got flooded.
Justin showed up at 5:30pm, he & Cage worked until after 9:30pm. We were able to sleep knowing it was being handled. They showed up again today and are still on top of it. Lord bless em, they are very good at what they do.

They were fantastic, quick response, willing to adapt to our situation, quickly figured out where the water had leaked under our floor, they presented reasonable options to us that would be effective but mindful of cost. They immediately setup equipment to get the water drying while they did a detailed evaluation of everything that was going on and what needed to be done. They were thorough and friendly and cared about quality service. I would call these guys with any water remediation needs or restoration!

We recently worked with Service Master Restore in Cedar City to repair a shower that had been leaking water through the tile and behind the wall. When we tore out the shower, we discovered that the water damage was far more extensive than we were comfortable attempting to repair ourselves. After an initial consultation with Service Master Restore in Cedar City, Tracy was assigned to complete our project, and we could not have asked for a better person to help us fix this problem. Tracy provided top notch service. To the extent that he was able to complete various components of the repair project himself, he was very organized throughout and paid careful attention to detail. Then, when other subcontractors needed to get involved, he coordinated with them to ensure that the project kept moving forward as seamlessly and effectively as possible. In the end, the underlying problem with our shower was completely resolved, and we were left with a beautiful shower that was a big improvement over the design we had before.

Perhaps most importantly, Tracy always maintained an open line of communication throughout the process. He kept us apprised of the status of the project, took my thoughts and concerns into careful consideration, and always responded to each of my questions in a timely manner. I am extremely grateful for Tracy's help, and I would recommend him to anyone needing help with a project like this.

Joren is hands down the best. I don’t know what we would have done without him. Absolutely recommend!

Its always hard to go something like this but it was a bit extreme as supplies were hard to get and contractors were limited after the pandemic. Service Master, David Green, and his crew are Fantastic!!! My son left the tub on and flooded the house on a Sunday morning They came right over cleaned it up and repaired everything as good as new. They are fast, do a great job and are really easy to work. I highly recommend them.
