Liberty Restoration

I had some very complicated repairs to be done to my house and to a tool shed that suffered damage in the harsh winter of 2023. The roof of my house leaked very badly and my shed totally collapsed under the weight of the snow. Ryan Goldsberry of Liberty Restoration found excellent people to repair the roof of my home and the right construction crew to rebuild my shed. Both, roofers and construction crews, did amazing good work. Ryan was easy to work with and made sure that everything was done correctly. I'm a widow and know nothing about how to deal with contractors and insurance agents but he walked me through the entire process and the end result is fantastic. My roof is beautiful, solid and everything a good roof should be. The rebuild of my shed was tricky as the original shed extended over the property line by 2 feet. Ryan's construction workers built it according to count code and built it very well. I expect this to last many years. Liberty Restoration served me extremely well. I highly recommend them if you have damaged housing or other structures. They are easy to work with and will do things right. I hope I never have another damaged building to deal with, but if I do, I will call Liberty Restoration in a heartbeat.

We were very fortunate to have found liberty restoration as we had a flood downstairs and water problems upstairs. At a time when we really needed help, Liberty Restoration showed up, stayed with us through a difficult time and made the ending a very happy time with great results Sterling who wS our project manager was kind and knowledgeable, his team of workers, headed up by Eric were the best. Sterling listened to our concerns and did the very best to restore our home after extensive water damage. We are so glad that we were taken care of by Liberty Restoration.

Everyone at Liberty Restoration made my water damaged home insurance claim much easier to get through than I anticipated. Everyone was friendly and responsive and the quality of work during the rebuild was great. I hope I never have to go through another claim, but I'll be using Liberty if I do.

Liberty Restoration is absolutely AMAZING!! We had a surprise sewer backup on a Sunday night, Mother's Day specifically, and Liberty personnel showed up within an hour of my call to them. Their crew pulled carpet and padding and affected drywall, vacuumed the water and other disgustingness, placed fans and a dehumidifier, and had the mitigation well underway within about 90 minutes!I have been kept updated and well-informed about the process and what comes next along the way, and this has greatly helped keep the anxiety of a bad situation under control.I highly recommend their services!!

I used liberty restoration for a flood that I had in my kitchen that went into two of my bedrooms and into my downstairs bathroom. My technician Mikaelah was professional, courteous and arrived on time. They dried everything in a timely manner and worked with me on pricing, removal of all of my soaking wet furniture and clothing. I am really grateful for Mikaelah and liberty restoration for helping me and my family.

We woke up to our upstairs bathtub flooding down into our basement below. Liberty was at our house within the hour and had set the room up immediately to help dry out as quick as possible. They were great to communicate when they’d be there each day to check on it and for the repair of the plumbing. John M, Trevor, Jake, and Brett were wonderful to work with.
