To start with I am the owner of another Restoration Company (mostly for floods), so I have some pretty good experience in dealing with disaster clean up. So when my own personal home caught fire due to a BBQ grill I first thought I could handle this no problem. I VERY quickly realized that when it comes to content clean up, documentation, and removal I did not have the proper equipment, knowledge or staff to do the job right. I was literally overwhelmed. I called Complete Restoration and they were at my home the next day. As soon as it was safe for their team to enter the home they had their crew at our home for 4 days, removing and documenting all the content that was salvageable and what was not. They sent that info to my insurance adjuster and made it so simple. 2-3 weeks later they had everything cleaned, bubble wrapped, boxed up and ready to bring back to our new location. I actually had to delay them a week because we weren't quite ready. They then brought all the content back to our new location, put all the boxes and furniture in the rooms they went in and boom just like that it was done. After seeing what they did, how efficient they were, and how quickly they did it, do yourself a huge favor and don't even think about attempting to do this on your own. Just call Complete Restoration and let them take care of it. It will save you an enormous amount of time and headache. Not to mention money.
