Complete Restoration

We had a roof leak and it damaged the ceiling in our bedroom. Complete Restoration sent Andrew to repair the ceiling and his repair was amazing. I had doubts he could match the texture on the wall board very well but the result matched the original so well it was literally invisible. He removed the damaged part, replaced the insulation, re-textured the ceiling and painted it. And it's flawless. I would have Andrew fix any damaged wall I had.

I am so happy with the excellent work this company did on my house after a flood. The communication was great, friendly hard working people that cared about my family and getting us back in our home as quickly as possible. All of the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them ! Greg, the project manager was very helpful and made every effort to keep the process moving smoothly.

Alvaro and Ronaldo did a great job! Earlier in the process, our ceiling had to be opened up to fix some water damage. Today they came to repair the ceiling and it looks amazing! I can’t even tell that there had been a hold there before. Great work!

Complete Restoration came out and took care of a flood I had from a backup in my downstairs bathroom. They were honest and communicated what to expect for the process. They were able to save my wood floors! Great experience. Interactions with employees were all very positive.

We had such a great experience with this company. Christian was great with communication and very informative! His team did great work! Duncan was fabulous. He always cleaned up after himself and made sure we were aware of what was going on. He worked hard and even was patient with my kids and puppies running around the house. Met with Julian for a free consult & he was awesome! Gave us referrals to what was needed & didn’t try to over-sale anything. Very honest!! We saw areas with water damage, but not bad enough to be ripped out so they just gave referrals to door/window sealers & a tile/grout specialist for a shower. I will use them for any future problems! I normally don’t spend time with reviews, but Complete Restoration did such a wonderful job in restoring my basement that I feel I should respond. After a water leak spilling 30,000 gallons into my basement causing extensive damage while I was gone for a week, my insurance thankfully contacted CompleteRestoration and everything they did was fabulous.

I experienced a recent water leak from the unit above mine. Greg and his team, Julian, Ronaldo, Alvaro were true professionals responding quickly to start the repair process. They were very efficient with their time to make necessary repairs to being my unit back to normal livable conditions. I highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We got lucky and were referred to by a friend for some pretty big water damage. Jeff came over within an hour of my call. Walked me through the process, helped me figure out insurance, as well as assess the damage. His group of Rhendon, nate, daniel, alex vera, came a few hours later to get started. They worked so hard, they were kind and thorough. We will be forever grateful for them.

I was so impressed with this company. They were good at communicating times to come into my home for repairs and had a great attention to detail with their work. But the thing that really sold me was that they put everything back together the way they found it, even down to the detail of placing a picture on a dresser back to the upright position when they were finished. Quality service for sure!

Complete Restoration connected us with the right people to fix the sewer backup in the basement. Joyner Plumbing did the utility room cleanup and found two unrelated tiny leaks that some day would became big leaks.All of the crew were good to show and tell me what was going on. They took care of everything to put us back together better than before the flood!!!!!

To start with I am the owner of another Restoration Company (mostly for floods), so I have some pretty good experience in dealing with disaster clean up. So when my own personal home caught fire due to a BBQ grill I first thought I could handle this no problem. I VERY quickly realized that when it comes to content clean up, documentation, and removal I did not have the proper equipment, knowledge or staff to do the job right. I was literally overwhelmed. I called Complete Restoration and they were at my home the next day. As soon as it was safe for their team to enter the home they had their crew at our home for 4 days, removing and documenting all the content that was salvageable and what was not. They sent that info to my insurance adjuster and made it so simple. 2-3 weeks later they had everything cleaned, bubble wrapped, boxed up and ready to bring back to our new location. I actually had to delay them a week because we weren't quite ready. They then brought all the content back to our new location, put all the boxes and furniture in the rooms they went in and boom just like that it was done. After seeing what they did, how efficient they were, and how quickly they did it, do yourself a huge favor and don't even think about attempting to do this on your own. Just call Complete Restoration and let them take care of it. It will save you an enormous amount of time and headache. Not to mention money. If I had attempted to do this on my own I would have missed so many things that would have costed me a ton. Thank you CR for such an incredible job.
