These guys are Great! Jake took great care of us and got our car looking much better from some small fender benders. I have had 4 vehicles get major work done at Beckstom after accidents. They always come back looking like new with high quality repairs. Two thumbs 👍 up👍

Incredible personal service! I brought in my car and I wanted to know the cheapest option to fix a mostly cosmetic issue. They gave me the cost for the full repair, but also the cheaper fix that didn't completely replace the parts, but fixed the issue I was trying to fix, and then with my permission snapped the parts back into place and replaced some push tabs at no charge, which fixed what I was trying to accomplish. I was SO impressed. Who does that?! It saved me $700, and was exactly what I wanted to do, but was afraid to do myself in case I broke something more. This shop has done me well in the past, but I was just SO impressed that they were willing to help with a DIY fix and even give me that option, with the cautions and disclaimers of course. This is the difference b/t a family-run business a a national-run shop. I highly recommend them.

I had a couple fantastic experiences at this body shop! The staff listened attentively to my needs, working with my budget constraints and not pushing any unnecessary work. They completed the repairs perfectly and on schedule, all for a very reasonable price. I am stoked to have found them, and will continue to take my fleet here for body repairs.

I had some issues with some of the previous work done and Jacob took great care of my car and saw it all the way through. Jacob had excellent customer service and wanted to make sure that I was happy as a customer.

I took my 2023 Tacoma in for a dent in my door. Can't even tell where it was. Had a small issue with the time line took 2 extra days but it was worth the wait. Backstrom body is very good at what they do!

Shawn and Jess are amazing! They helped me so much with my complicated situation. My car got sideswiped back in November 2023, and after filing my claim with my insurance and getting a quote at Beckstrom body shop, I was just waiting for my insurance agent to tell me when I was in the clear to take my car in to get fixed. My insurance agent said she was working on negotiating some prices with the team at Beckstrom. I would text her every three weeks asking about any progress, unfortunately, she kept telling me that there is no progress being made. I ended up calling my insurance broker and told him about the situation, he told me that he was going to call Shawn Beckstrom to get everything sorted out. Within minutes I got a call from Shawn who informed me that my insurance agent had never even reached out to them about my claim. I told him that I was on a time crunch for my car being fixed, and that I was really anxious about my car getting fixed in time, so he got my car in to get worked on the very next morning! Jess guided me through this entire complicated situation. I’m so thankful for her because without her, I would be completely lost. She texted me multiple times a week to update me about my car and what repairs were being made at the time. She even stayed in contact with me after my car was all fixed just to make sure that I was on the right track with my insurance. My car looks beautiful now, and you would never even guess that anything ever happened to it. The team of Beckstrom really went above and beyond to make this situation better for me, even though it wasn’t their fault at all. If I’m ever in a situation where I need to get body work done on my car again, I will be coming back!

100% satisfaction I can't say enough about the service received. Honest and loyal, if there is a question, speak directly to the mechanics/people doi g the work, you can't expect the people in the middle answering the phones to know about ALL the things going g o , there plate is full and probably shouldn't need to being that they have a different job title, so if your frustrated they will have someone give you a move detailed response, they are there to facilitate and give general info. Don't get mad, just ask for more info from. Whoever is working the project

When I Googled auto body shops near me, I didn't know the incredible service I would be getting when I decided to get a quote from Beckstrom Body Shop! I was helped by Mason Randall who was kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable. My Toyota Corolla had a long scratch on the passenger side door and Mason was kind enough to come check it out in the parking lot, write me up a quote for the parts of the scratch that were down to the metal, but the most impressive service he provided was buffing out the parts of the scratch that were more minor. He even temporarily fixed a piece of the plastic at the front of my car so it wouldn't drag and cause more issues while I was in the process of having my car repaired after it as scratched on accident by a friend. Even though his leg was in a brace, Mason got down on the ground and check out my car for me. I have never experienced this kind of service before and I will absolutely be using Beckstrom Body Shop for all of my car needs in the future. Thank you again Mason!

Beckstrom Body Shop is always busy. There are many reasons why. They go way beyond excellent Customer Service to complete your vehicle’s body work. I was so pleased with the work done on my Subaru. They have been there for us for numerous years and always make our automobiles look fantastic.

Super customer friendly, always welcoming, kind, and understanding. Coordinated with the insurance for billing and to set up my rental car approval. Day of, they made sure I had a ride - if not they would call one. The popcorn and coffee in their waiting room is delish. They replaced two side doors and painted them, looked super nice. Was a bit dusty when I got my car back, but nothing a carwash vacuum couldn't fix in a jiffy. A few weeks after I got my car back I took it in out of the blue to get the lock fixed on the door they replaced, they immediately fixed it. Super happy with my family friendly customer service. For a newbie in accidents, they made the whole process super simple.

The pricing was fair, staff was friendly, and communication was excellent. They also did a great job. By looking, you can't even tell my car was in an accident..
