Advanced Restoration LLC was established in 1994 as a full-service property restoration company, assisting both commercial and residential property owners from northern to southern Utah.

I am so happy I called Advanced restoration! We had our fridge water line leak and cause a severe leak/ flood from the kitchen down into the basement. Greg and Darwin came out that night at 9 pm and reassured us that every would be ok and started the drying/ mitigation the next day promptly. So easy to work with and didn't wait on them for anything. .loving on to the ceiling repair and I'm sure it will go just as smooth. Would highly recommend!

We had a sewer blockage that caused our entire finished basement to flood. After mitigation cleanup we were recommended John and his crew to get us back up and running and I’m so grateful we went through them. I cannot praise John and his team enough. They have already removed all the water and set up drying equipment. They are coming back to do some of the demo. Highly highly recommend these guys. Amazing experience. Our basement flooded and someone came out the same day I called. They ripped everything up and dried everything out for 3 days. After it was dry someone came out to start repairs the next day. Repairs lasted 3 days. We had a couple small touch ups we wanted them to do and they came back immediately to fix. Such a seamless process. Can’t recommend enough.

Advanced had their team running on the ground within 40 minutes of me contacting them, extracting water by the 100s of gallons.
