Should the vehicle glass sustain rock chips, cracks, or other breakage, simply contact us and representative will assist you with verification of coverage and setting up an appointment for the necessary repairs.

- Vehicle year/make/model
- Type of damage (rock chip, 6-inch crack, etc.)
- ZIP code so we can provide shops closest to you
- Address where vehicle is located if we will be sending a technician to you
